How does this wonderfully challenging cartoon by ASBOJesus reflect on attitudes to worship, the world and mission?

What are the barriers here? What’s the focus of what we do? Is it about filling our places of worship? Is it about being a presence for good in the world? Come to think of it. are our churches and our worship services really “outside of the world”? I wonder whether we have created an unrealistic divide between the church and the world. Our worship is for God and not for us (although at times it’s hard to keep our eyes on that)… and we, i think, would love more people to know Christ and then live transformed worshipful lives. So many questions.

On reflection, I am left thinking that separating our lives into compartments of mission, worship and whatever leaves us falling short.  As usual I have no answers!
